Pre-Order T&Cs

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Partial payments, deposits, or installments are not accepted for pre-orders.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped to the delivery address you provide during purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

Pre-orders are non-transferable.

You may not transfer or assign your pre-order rights or obligations to another person or entity without our prior written consent.

Manufacturing defects on pre-ordered items are covered under our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for details on eligibility, procedures, and timelines for reporting defects.

For pre-orders with an estimated delivery timeline longer than three (3) months, we may contact you to confirm your delivery address before shipment.

It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current and notify us of any changes to your email address, phone number, or delivery address.

Failure to respond to our address confirmation request or to update your contact details may result in delays in shipping your pre-order.

ActionCity will not be liable for any delays or losses caused by failure to update or confirm contact information.

Pre-orders are non-cancellable once payment is made, except at ActionCity’s sole discretion.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at cs2@actioncity.sg, but note that approval is not guaranteed.
