These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from ActionCity Pte Ltd ("ActionCity", "we", "us", or "our") by you ("you", "your" or "customer"), whether through our physical retail stores or via our online store at https://www.actioncity.com.sg. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of prevailing GST, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayNow, and other methods shown during checkout.
Full payment must be received before your order is processed.
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your payment details.
5. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders require full upfront payment unless otherwise indicated.
Estimated availability or delivery timelines are subject to change by the manufacturer or supplier.
All pre-orders are final and non-refundable unless the product becomes unavailable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website or in our stores, including product images, trademarks, logos, and brand names, is the intellectual property of ActionCity or its licensors. You may not reproduce, use, or distribute any such content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ActionCity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant product.
All items are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any disputes.
9. Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect when published on our website. Continued use of our Services or further purchases indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
